Cancelling Orders

Most orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting customer services ( see contact page  ) and requesting that your order is cancelled. You must supply your number. Once cancelled, your payment will be refunded immediately.

Cancelling Special Orders

Some of our products are manufactured to order and can not be cancelled once manufactured. If you are worried about this, please check whether any items are "to order" before you make a purchase. This particularly applies to furniture and the more expensive handmade bronze items. With such items, we normally allow a 10 day cooling off period before we order them or commence manufacture, during which the order can be cancelled. However, once ordered or manufacture has commenced, you will not be able to cancel the order.
