Contacting Our Payment Processors

Payment transactions for Spellow House are processed by Nochex Ltd. You should always contact Spellow House to resolve any problems, but you can directly approach Nochex through their website if you have a query regarding a payment. You will require the transaction supplied in the email sent to you at the time of the transaction. If you are unsure, check your transaction confirmation email to see which company processed your payment.

Opening Times

Spellow House is open between the hours of 9AM to 10PM GMT, 7 days a week, 52 weeks in the year. However, our shipping companies are closed for the Christmas day, the New Year and UK Bank Holidays, so please allow for this when placing orders. In general the week before and after Christmas, suppliers and delivery companies are very slow, so expect delays.
