We do not store your information in the public domain, and we do not disclose your information to anyone else, with the exception, of course, that we give your delivery name and address to the delivery company selected to handle your order. We only use delivery companies that have a similar privacy policy; not to disclose your information to anyone.

We do not handle your credit card information, and at no stage are we made aware of your credit card information. Payment processing is provided by Nochex Ltd who are regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as electronic money institutions. Nochex is 100% secure.

No Hassle

We do not use your information to send unsolicited mail or email. Spellow House will only send you emails concerning your order. Once your order has been completed, we will not send you any more emails.
