Shopping

Browse through the products using category buttons.  When you find a product you wish to buy, select a finish ( if there is a choice ), then click the buy button. A window will open showing your shopping basket containing the item. You can change the number of items (then press "Update Cart") if you require more than one of the same item. Please ensure the details are correct. Continue to add items until you have finished shopping. You can leave the shopping basket window open while you are shopping, or close it, then reopen it at any time by clicking on the Basket button at the top right of the screen. If you leave the site, the contents of the Basket will be kept, provided you come back within a few months.

Photographs

To help you shop, the photographs in each sub category are approximate scale and measurements are given wherever possible. Please note, however that this is based on the  measurements provided to us by the manufacturer, which can only be considered as approximate.

Placing an Order

To complete a purchase, click on the Place Order button on the shopping basket screen, and follow the instructions. Please note that for furniture deliveries, the delivery company requires a contact telephone number. After you have completed the checkout process, if you have elected to pay by credit or debit card, you will be taken to a secure payment page to process your payment. After you have completed payment, Spellow House will send you an email detailing the order and the payment company will send you an email detailing the transaction. If you do not receive both emails, please contact customer services. In addition, you will receive one more email when the goods are dispatched, informing you of an expected arrival date and giving any tracking information, so you can track the progress of the delivery. If your shipment is handled by Parcelforce, the email will come from Parcelforce, and they normally send emails at around 8:30pm on the day they collect the parcel from us.

Shipping to an address outside the UK

Please complete checkout selecting "International Shipping Quotation" on the Payment Screen and you will be sent a quotation for the order inclusive of shipping charges to your country.

Opening Times

Spellow House is open between the hours of 9AM to 10PM GMT, 7 days a week, 52 weeks in the year. However, our shipping companies are closed for Christmas day, Boxing day and the New Year and UK Bank Holidays, so please allow for this when placing orders. In general, for the first two or three weeks after Christmas, suppliers and delivery companies are very, very  slow, so expect longer delays than normal.
