The Triquetra
The Triquetra is three sided symbol first used by the Celts. It appears on
one of the 11th Century Funbo rune stones, and is thought to have had a
religious meaning, but that meaning has long been forgotten.
In later years, the Triquetra was adopted by the Christian church to
symbolise the Trinity; The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It is also used
extensively in Paganism and Wicca, often to symbolise the Triple Goddess, or
the triplicity of mind, body, and soul. Sometimes it is used to represent
just one of the Triple Goddesses; The Morrígan. The Triquetra is frequently
seen as a decoration on the front cover of a Wiccan Book of Shadows.
The Triquetra appears throughout the television program Charmed,
representing "the power of three"; the unity of the three sisters featured
in the series.

The Theban Alphabet
The Theban alphabet is used by Wiccans as a substitution cipher to protect
magical writings from prying eyes.
The exact origin of the alphabet is unknown. It first appeared in print in
Henry Cornelius Agrippa's third book of occult philosophy in 1531, where it
was said that the creator was the legendary magus Honorius of Thebes ( which
is why it is occasionally referred to as the Runes of Honorius ).
Theban was introduced to Wicca by its founder, Gerald Gardner.
To use Theban as a cipher, simply substitute Theban letters for English
letters.
